Stickman Rebirth (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website stickmanrebirth.online (https://stickmanrebirth.online). We provide free browser-based games and related guides. For privacy questions, contact contact@stickmanrebirth.online.

2. Scope

This policy covers the Stickman Rebirth website, including game pages, blog articles, comments, and legal pages. It does not control third-party game providers, ad networks, or analytics vendors. Those services have their own privacy policies.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you provide

• Comments: optional display name and comment text posted on game pages.
• Email contact: if you email us, we receive your address and message content.

3.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, referrer, and similar analytics signals.
• Technical logs: standard web/server logs that may include IP address, timestamps, and request paths (including via Cloudflare).
• Local storage / session storage: small preferences on your device (for example dismissing a one-time mobile touch hint).

3.3 Comment anti-abuse signals

When you post a comment, we may store a hashed form of your IP address and a truncated user-agent string for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not use comments for advertising profiles.

4. How we use information

• Operate and improve the site, games library, and blog.
• Display anonymous comments and moderate spam or abuse.
• Measure traffic and content performance (analytics).
• Show advertisements that help keep free access available.
• Secure the site (rate limits, fraud and abuse detection).

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID configured on the site) and Ahrefs Analytics to understand visits and engagement. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and process IP-derived or device data under their own terms. Analytics scripts load only after you choose Accept allon our cookie banner. You can also limit analytics via browser settings, extensions, or Google's advertising / analytics controls where available.

6. Advertising

We display third-party advertisements using an advertising network script served from effectivecpmnetwork.com (and related partners the network may use). Ads load only after you choose Accept all, and only when the ad placement is near the viewport to reduce impact on game load times. If you choose Essential only, our ad unit is not loaded.

Ad partners may collect device and usage data, set cookies or local storage, and use this information to deliver, measure, and personalize ads. We do not control their full data practices. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

7. Embedded games and third parties

Games are embedded from third-party hosts (iframes). When you press play, those providers may collect data according to their policies — including technical identifiers, gameplay metrics, and cookies. Stickman Rebirth does not operate those game servers and is not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may also embed or link to YouTube (privacy-enhanced / nocookie embeds where used) and external game portals for recommendations.

8. Hosting and infrastructure

The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure (including Pages and related services). Cloudflare may process connection data for security, CDN, and performance. Comment data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database isolated by site and game identifiers.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We and third parties use cookies, local storage, pixels, and scripts. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

10. Children

The site is a general-audience free games destination. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) for the purpose of creating user accounts — we do not offer traditional accounts. If you believe a child provided personal information to us (for example via comments or email), contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. Data retention

• Comments: kept while needed to operate the comments feature or until removed for moderation / legal reasons.
• Analytics:retained according to each provider's settings and policies.
• Email: retained as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business or legal records.

12. Sharing of information

We share information with:

• Service providers (hosting, analytics, advertising networks).
• Third-party game hosts when you load an embedded game.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.
